To that end, two other people will be part of our adventure: Nicolas Degallaix, a young head chef, and Sophie Dumet, dining room manager.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><strong>In this new setting, <\/strong><strong>this close-knit team \u2014 together for 7 years already \u2014 will do everything to delight you!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">________________________<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><strong>Open Thursday to Monday from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m. and from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. &amp; <\/strong><b>Tuesday from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m.<\/b><br \/>\n<strong>Closed Tuesday evening and all day Wednesday.
